Ariana’s investment strategy allows diversification by executing selective, high-impact exploration programmes on joint venture opportunities and projects invested in through the Asgard Metals Fund. Asgard invests in discovery-stage mineral exploration projects located across the Eastern Hemisphere and within easy reach of the Company’s operational hubs in Australia, Türkiye, the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe. Such investments benefit from capital injection and the skills and experience of the Company’s in-house exploration team.
Through these investments Ariana forms robust business partnerships for the development and construction of projects.

AAU holds interests in projects located in Kosovo through its 76% ownership of Western Tethyan Resources Limited (WTR), which has a 51% interest in the Slivova Gold-Silver Project and a 100% interest in the Hertica Gold-Copper Project. WTR has submitted a licence extension application for the Hertica project. For the Slivova Project, WTR has submitted a new exploration licence application. WTR has other exploration licence applications in process.
WTR is also pursuing a target generation exercise utilising a range of geoscientific datasets including those derived from Newmont Corporation following their strategic investment in Ariana.

Venus Minerals Ltd (“Venus”) is a UK registered, Cyprus-domiciled company holding a significant exploration and development portfolio in Cyprus. Ariana owns 61% of Venus. Venus also holds a substantial exploration portfolio outside of the main project areas.
