Onder graduated in 1992 in Geological Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara. He worked previously with Teck Cominco, Eldorado and Mediterranean Resources during a career spanning 15 years. He is an experienced exploration geologist and project manager. He is a member of the Chamber of Geological Engineers of Turkey.

Kemal graduated in 2004 with a BSc in Geological Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir. Kemal has worked with the company since 2006.

Drilling Geologist, 29
Serdar graduated in 2004 in Hydrogeology from Hacettepe University in Ankara. He worked previously for Park Electric and Mining Company at the Siirt underground copper mine and was involved in surface and underground drill core logging, geological mapping, geotechnical work and ore resource calculations. He is responsible for the drilling operations of the company and all drilling related activities.

Selim graduated in 2001 with a BSc in Geological Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir. He is responsible for updating our information systems databases. He has worked with the company since 2006.

IT Geologist, aged 32
Elif graduated in 2003 with a BSc in Geological Engineering from Hacettepe University in Ankara. She also completed an MSc in Remote-sensing and Geographic Information Systems in 2007 at Anadolu University. She specializes in remote-sensing, GIS applications and database management.

| | | Mücdat Eftal
Driller, aged 26
Mücdat is an experienced driller, having worked previously with Spektra Jeotek in drill rig maintenance, as a drillers off-sider and latterly as a driller on projects throughout Turkey. He has experience drilling HQ and BQ sized holes to depths of approximately 700m from surface and experience drilling holes using underground drilling rigs.

Administrator-Geologist, aged 22
Saba graduated in 2007 in Geography and Geology from Birmingham University. She is responsible for office administration in the UK and provides GIS and other technical and administrative support to the Managing Director. She is a member of the Geological Society of London.
