Erhan is a Turkish national and has 39 years experience in management in Turkey and in the United Kingdom. Erhan graduated with a degree in Business and Finance from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Istanbul, and then completed a Master's degree on Western European Integration at Reading University in the United Kingdom. Erhan has worked as a consultant for, or in management of, a number of international and Turkish companies including Blue Circle Cement (Consultant), Mardin Cement and Oyak Insurance (General Manager).
